Mr. Cramer has been with Brown & James since 1982 and has tried countless cases to verdict, principally defending product liability, wrongful death and environmental insurance coverage actions. He has represented major property and casualty insurers, Fortune 500 product manufacturers and chemical companies, public utilities and national retailers.

Over the years, he has served as lead attorney to insurer and manufacturer defendant groups in complex product liability, toxic tort, and insurance coverage class actions and in multi-district litigation. He has briefed, argued and won landmark appeals in cases before the Missouri Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
