Ms. Moss began her career with a Crosby, Heafey, Roach and May in Los Angeles handling broker liability and products liability matters. While she enjoyed the challenges of the big city law firm experience, after several years she returned to her Midwestern roots. Ms. Moss remains a member of the California Bar and as coverage counsel for a number of large Californian insurers. While she continues to handle matters in California, her practice is primarily focused in the Midwest.

Ms. Moss frequently writes and lectures on insurance coverage and risk management issues. Over the years, she has expanded her practice to include complex commercial litigation and construction. She is chair of the firm's associate training committee, and serves on the firm's ethics and marketing committees. She is also the co-founder of the Fifth Friday Initiative to increase retention and promotion of women in the firm.
