Ms. Kinder focuses her practice on insurance law, premises liability and products liability cases. Overt the course of her career she has represented several insurance companies, businesses and individuals in contractual and tort litigation. Prior to joining Brown & James, Ms. Kinder served as law clerk for the Hon. Kathianne Knaup Crane for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.

Ms. Kinder has experience in all aspects of litigation, with a specific focus on insurance bad faith law and employer liability cases. This experience has provided Ms. Kinder with extensive knowledge in these areas, which she utilizes in handling litigation and advising insurance companies and clients on the proper way to handle claims. In addition, Ms. Kinder’s experience has provided her an extensive knowledge base in handling general litigation claims and bringing them to a successful conclusion through dispositive motions or trial.
